STRUCTURE
The B & B is a group of trulli and lamia constructed entirely by local stone and dating from the end of 800, recently completely restored respecting the original features, both in structure to the furniture. At the same time have been equipped with all necessary comforts for a perfect relaxation.
It consists of apartments for two, four or six people, and and provides a structure for B & B or holidays house.
The apartments are equipped with every comfort, including a kitchen or kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, blender, toaster), washing machine, air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV, wireless internet and laundry.
Each apartment, and outside it, comes with its pergola, which can be exploited to eat and ensures privacy for each apartment.
THE TRULLO
The Trullo is composed of kitchen, lounge and three bedrooms, each with bathroom and independent access from others.
Each room of the trulli can be rented individually, mode B & B. In this case customers will be entitled to use the kitchen (washing machine and use) in common with other guests, in case you want to use them.
Access outside of each room makes them still fully independent, ensuring total privacy for customers.
Each room is equipped with all comforts including refrigerator, air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV and linen. In front of every room has its own outdoor space that can be used by guests to enjoy the peace of campagna.Il trullo can also be rented as an apartment for six or seven people:there is an apartment with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, common living room (where you can add a single bed) and kitchenette.
THE LAMIE
The Lamia is a studio with one room , kitchenette and bathroom.The services are fridge, air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV and linen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, toaster and crockery.
There are three studios lamie with these characteristics.
DOUBLE LAMIA
The double lamia is an apartment with two rooms ,kitchenette and bathroom.
Is suitable for four people, two pairs or a family.
Access to a bedroom and bathroom have been dimensioned for the disabled.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts :equipped kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, blender, toaster), washing machine, air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV, wireless internet and laundry.
Outside it has a pergola, which can be exploited to eat in absolute privacy.
GARDEN
Trulli and Lamia are surrounded by a large garden of over an acre.
The garden has olive trees and fruit trees of every kind which you can eat the fruits of the season.
The garden is equipped with verandas, tables, chairs, hammocks, wood-burning ovens (where you can cook delicious pizza and bread!) And barbecue.
Each customer can find their own private space in it where to eat, sleep, sunbathe, shade tree and read a book, or hammock swaying gently immersed in the sounds of nature and enjoy the unique beauty of the Apulian countryside.
There is an outdoor shower that will cool a hot day or returning from the sea.
Parking is inside the garden and is covered by pergolas.
In the garden there is a large swimming pool EXCLUSIVE use of guests.
The pool is included in the rural landscape and is surrounded by a large square-solarium with pergola, deck chairs, loungers and tables.
And 'perfect for those who want to enjoy the peace of the country especially during the hottest days of summer.
SERVICES
The Rest of the Wind offers reviews of mountain bikes and antique car convertible Beetle, which can be rented for days or weeks and with whom you can make beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside and coast.
On request we will be served an aperitif in the garden, and dinner from Puglia-based genuine local products, accompanied by an excellent warm freshly baked bread and cooked in a wood oven.
